Ex CUFC Player Signs First Professional Contract 

 

Ex Chestermere United Player Ethan Monaghan recently signed his first professional soccer contract with

German Pro club SB Chiemgau.

Ethan played in Chestermere for many seasons until he moved into Calgary to play Tier 1. Towards the end of his youth soccer career Ethan moved to BC to join Thomas Niendorf's at his Pacific Soccer Institute where he finished is education while playing and training in the Academy. Ethan had great experiences while in BC and travelled to many soccer events. It was during this time that he received the opportunity to play in Germany and he has grabbed the chance to continue to fulfil his dream of playing professional soccer.

Ethan is a tremendous young man with a great talent and desire for the game, he was an awesome player for Chestermere and we wish him every success for the future!!
