Program Content

CUFC Academy will be all individual skills training sessions working on ball skills, which will be designed to improve the players' individual athletic abilities, skills techniques, and ball control both offensively and defensively.

CUFC continues to improve its programs and we have identified a huge necessity for our players to develop their individual technical skills with a larger emphasis on their ability to be a stronger, more agile and balanced athletes. This will enable them to have far greater success in their ball handling skills and increased athletic abilities on the field.

CUFC Training Shirt MUST be worn to all training sessions, along with black soccer shorts and socks.

Black training jerseys can be purchased on-line at the Chestermere United Jersey Store: Click here
Shin guards and appropriate footwear are mandatory at all sessions, and players must bring adequate drinking water.
