Competitive Player Assessments - Outdoor 2020
U9 to U12 groups will ALL have player assessments to determine the biological development of individual players and the overall skill level of the group.
Players may be asked to move between U9 to U12 age groups based on the individual player's development needs.
Players may be recommended to move to the CUFC beginner Rec Program based on the individual player's development needs.
Player movements will be authorized by the CUFC Technical Director ONLY.
Older age groups will have Assessments if player numbers require two teams or more - Dates TBC.
Location for ALL the sessions:
Strathmore Sports Complex
1150 Edgeview Rd NW, Strathmore, AB, T1P 0H2
BOTH assessment sessions INDOOR on a Turf floor, ensure that you bring appropriate indoor footwear, soccer clothing, shin guards and water.
PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO SESSION TO CHECK-IN.

Sessions - Each session will be 1 hour on the field with sessions focussing on individual skills with each player being assessed by the CUFC coaches on their developmental level. Players will also be assessed on their physical and mental attributes to determine their suitability to move between age groups if deemed necessary.
Players who miss any sessions will be evaluated during Pre-Season practices.
The above sessions maybe subject to change based on player numbers and subsequent registrations.
